Amazing experience. Truly feels like I was able to get a fully body workout and the trainers worked around my hip troubles. Would highly recommend to beginners, those working past injury, or experienced gym attendees looking to get a bit more out of their time working out.

Update after completing my 3rd month of training with Matthew. -This training was just what I needed to get back my energy and start feeling good about myself again. Matthew is a fantastic trainer. I highly recommend him. He is supportive and encouraging!Just completed my first month of workouts with Matt and I feel like I am getting stronger. Will keep going!

I have Ray and he is AWESOME. He's a motivator and he keeps telling me I can do more..What??? I guess that's why He's the trainerand I'm the trainee..I had the pleasure of working with Allie..she is very good. I love it and it's something for me. I am so motivated and exhausted after 20 mins.
