I love this veterinary clinic! I have a 100 lb doberman/German shepherd who is all bark and no bite, but he can be intimidating. The curb side hand off with the vet techs was wonderful. They were very patient and he came back happy and calm. They made a normally stressful pet visit very easy which I appreciate. Everyone was very thorough, caring and informative and helpful with getting his flea/tick/heartworm medication filled as well.
Matilda and Chiquita are happy to go to the clinic. You don't have to force them out of the car. The diagnosis has always been correct and they are very patient with me since my native language is not English and they make an effort to understand me. Teresa and the doctors are always very kind.
Wow! This vets office is the most caring group I have ever encountered. I was hesitant because you drop your pet off and they take them in. But they kept me updated every step of the way and the vet came out to my car to explain things to me. Highly recommend! Thank you
