The work on the toilet was done quickly, but thoroughly. I caught bits of the conversation Jacob was having with Parr. Jacob was giving instructions. I was appreciative of how Jacob was telling the apprentice to be thorough ans “flush a few times to be sure”.
Zach was very helpful in getting a few pooped rerouted in my kitchen as well as moving a gas line. He was very forthcoming with updates and explained everything in a way that I could understand and was transparent with every step of the process. We’ll likely be coming back to have our water heater replaced.
Brent was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained to me the problem and then showed me options on replacing my disposable. He replaced the unit and wrapped up the transaction in a few minutes. I Wii certainly recommend
