I am a senior. I am never on any prescription medication. I absolutely follow Ram Deva Baba’s yog and pranayama.Meeting Dr. Naveen Sharma and Murali Ramalingam in Houston was like an icing on the cake. They are carrying a torch of holistic living based on 5000 years old science of medicine.I hope people in the west will be benefited.Both of them are highly knowledgeable. Doubtlessly I will recommend to anybody.Both of them work as a team.I am following diet plan suggested by them. I have made a progress and there is an improvement in my A1C.Thank You to Dr. Murali and Dr. Naveen.

Dr Naveen & Dr Murali is very knowledgeable and know what they are talking .They listened my issue carefully and prescribed diet and supplement . Very responsive.Good to have a Ayurvedic center in Texas area.

A woman should not suffer perimenopaus to menopause transition. I have been extremely fortunate with women's health and wellness all my life. However in July of 2021,  my nightmare began with extremely heavy menstrual bleeding for which I ended up going to ER. Dr at the ER ordered blood work, ultrasound and send me home without any medications to control bleeding.
