First off, I have to start by saying the convenience of this location is amazing for where I live.Next, I want to get into the staff here. I have been going here a little over a month now for ACL recovery and from Day 1 the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. Starting with Victoria the admin, she is awesome and every time I come in, she has a big smile on her face and she calls me by my name. She holds great conversation while I'm waiting to be called back. Then we have Jincy, who is such a great staff member. Again from Day 1, she has been friendly and welcoming. I recently completed my first clinical rotation as a student therapist, and let me say, you will not be disappointed with your care here! All therapists and assistants are attentive and ensure to give the best care in order to get you back to your optimal self! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to receive therapy services with a smile to go along with it! I am very happy to say I was able to work along side the Paramount staff!
