The service and installer was good. I had my garbage disposal unit replaced. They just need to call in advance or inform the customer if they could not maintain their expected time of arrival or worst if they could not make it at all. As a customer I do understand that some jobs take extra time to finish. I am sure that as a customer if explained in advance the circumstances of not making the appointment and if properly and timely informed will understand the cancelation of service. I'll still recommend the company for the good work.
Mock plumbing was very communicative. They let me know when he was on the way. Showed up on time, resolved my issue, cleaned up after himself, and was very respectful. Highly recommend!
