Sad to inform that this place is not what it used to be. ELIZABETH really did her part in ruining the perception I had of this place. I have been going to Memorial Eye Center for a couple of years now. I recently moved to the Town Center location one and I was extremely happy and satisfied with the location, everyone was extremely nice and sweet, I've recommended this place to a lot of my family and friends, BUT until todays interaction over the phone I don't think i can say the same. Where to start? I would recommend using another office any other office. If you are getting testing for Glaucoma, go to an Ophthalmologist and not here. Dr Zaibaq wanted to have 2 separate appointments for testing my wife for Glaucoma, because he couldn't determine or wanted to determine she didn't have Glaucoma. While when we went to an Ophthalmologist, it was confirmed within one appointment, she didn't have Glaucoma. Now for billing, with insurance co-payment was suppose to be $40 but was charged $254 by office manager Mary Beth. When I called to speak to someone about billing. I used to love going here and recommend it everyone. However, I’m not sure what changed but whoever I just spoke with did not seem like they wanted to assist me at all. Unfortunately for me as long as this individual is employed, I will not be returning there. I have never met her before. I get that we need employees but there should be a standard and accountability.
