While I was in vacation in Houston at the Diplomat hotel there refrigator Miele wasnt cooling correctly.Mastermind appliance resolve my issue in a timely manner the tech that arrive was was very caring and professional.

Most professional and reliable service company in Houston area. Their staff well educated, great customer service. Technicians are knowledgeable in every area of their field. When you contact this company for service not only they are friendly, they also treat you like family. JP, great tech. When he's speaking to you, you can tell the man has lots of experience, yeah, he's being in the field for a very long time. In fact, when you look up the company his name is all over with positive reviews. I mean, he knows his stuff! He keeps you informed during the repair process.
