Overall the staff is great. Very few times. Have I ever encountered any staff member who is in the least bit professional and courteous. I have every single time found the facilities to be extraordinarily, clean and even inviting. I hope that they remember. We are not just patients. We are customers! And as such deserve to be treated as customers with courtesy, kindness, and ensuring that we are heard.

I love Kelsey’s pharmacy! So professional! So fast with filling my prescription and giving me my tetanus shot pain free! I also love that I don’t have to drive to another pharmacy because it’s located in the same building as my doctor’s office!!

Dr. Disha Poonia is an excellent physician! I came in to see her in December because I hit my lower leg in November. It was still giving me pain and I didn't want a blood clot. Dr. Poonia requested an x-ray and another test of my leg. She was very thorough and went over my medication to be sure I was taking the correct ones. Was having stomach pain for the last couple of weeks and decided to find out what's wrong. I like Dr. Poonia because she is so thorough when trying to find out what wrong. She examined me and scheduled a CT to be sure. She takes her time with you and ask questions. She is a Ten star doctor. Came in for a CT scan for my pain. The man that brought me to the back was seriously funny. I forgot to ask his name. He explained I had to drink a solution to the line, wait a certain time, then drink the rest. He was very professional and humorous. If I had any issues with taking a CT, he made me comfortable. Ten stars.
