Technician came out promptly and installed the needed part. I was still under warranty after 9 years which was honored.

Jorge is very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I had been having trouble with the A/C for two weeks. He came last Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Came back Monday with the parts and got the AC running in an hour.

Jackson was over today for the biennial preventative maintenance of this system that they installed 4 years ago. It remains in perfect condition. Very happy with the quality of their work from initial installation through to today.
Addendum: we had Jackson install UV light disinfection systems for us today. They were fast and efficient; took photos of the install after they were done. Again very pleased with their work.
Addendum: Today Jorge was here to do our spring preventative maintenance. Fast but thorough, courteous- and noted that the landscaping people are putting mulch too close to the outside units.
