The owner is a weasel unfortunately who will talk your ear off and never do what you asked or what he told you he would do. They will take advantage of you if you allow it. I was charged for multiple months where I never even came in, I spoke with the owner of this store and explained my situation, he told me what I wanted to hear face to face but did not followed through with his word. He is now a ghost who ducks and dodges doing the right thing. Icebox Cryotherapy is a beautiful and relaxing place with a great environment. The workers there are skilled and knowledgeable. It was my first time doing a facial, and I was skeptical about it. However, I don't regret it one bit! The facial took away my dead skin and my acne is starting to clear up already. Giselle was awesome and guided me through the whole process. I highly recommend Icebox Cryotherapy for anyone looking for exceptional facial services and more!

I am loving the whole body cryotherapy. I was nervous to try it, but now I’m hooked. You are in there for only 3 minutes. So doable! I had knee replacement done 2 months ago and cryo is really helping with the pain and inflammation. Everyone here is really nice and helpful. The place is very clean and spa-like. Try it out!
