“Lone Star Floors just completed renovation of my kitchen countertop and backsplash, entire master bathroom and replaced all floors except the kitchen. I was nervous going into this project since I've had work done before and it did not go well, however Lone Star Floors was amazing! Terry was my first contact and I immediately felt comfortable. He came by a few times to look at the work, and there was also an operations manager who came by most days just to check in, take a look at the work, and make sure things were running smoothly. Before the project began, Terry called and gave me several dates and times contractors would arrive at my home and what work they would be doing. He continued to keep me updated all along the way. Every contractor who came to work on my home was as punctual as possible, worked crazy hard all day long, and every single bit of work they did was done perfectly. They even cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone single person was kind and considerate, which was very important to me.
