They were so nice to accomodate me and made it possible despite the short amount of time. Ms. Tram is so friendly and kind. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the session. My lashes turned out great! However, when I got home, I felt like my left lashes was still flat. So I called in the next day to ask Ms. Tram if she can redo it. She gladly said yes. Claire is communicative and transparent, made the booking process seamless and her level of service definitely convinced me to be a repeat customer!
