Very experienced, caring , professional, patient centered physician. Office staffs are very friendly and professional . The office is very clean , overall had the best experience with Dr Chan and his staffs.

Today, I called to make an appointment and was completely thrown off by the standoffish attitude of the receptionist. I was trying to be understanding since she seemed to be busy but she just continued to be rude. I finally told her to tone it down and that didn't need to speak to me in such a manner. I was so turned off that I just asked for her name and I was done.
