We couldn’t be happier with our selling experience with Joanie Caskey. After interviewing several Realtors, the choice to use Caskey Realty was an easy one to make. Joanie helped us identify the issues in our house that might prevent us from getting top dollar, and her access to local resources was so appreciated. Within a week we had new flooring installed in all the living spaces, updated light fixtures in strategic locations, and several small repairs were done that would have been an issue during an inspection.
