The care they provide for all pets they see is excellent. This includes smaller pets, other than dogs & cats, as well. They are also very upfront with their recommended services billing estimates, before any work is performed. To which they also explain the what's & why's in an understandable manner.

The place is very clean and the staff very friendly.Dr. Vivian Ho and her tech Jodi deserve a special mention for their friendliness and professionalism.
