Don't come here unless you want to spend the rest of your day here. It takes forever waited probably an hour to get my eyes checked and then they dilated my eyes and I waited over another hour to end up walking out. I got here at 3 and left at 6 without getting my eyes checked further after dilation. I never write reviews but this place just did it for me.

Although I see a lot of negative reviews for this business, I have been coming here for 20 years or so and I've never had a problem waiting a long time for my appointment. Also I live across town and don't mind the long drive to be able to see Dr. Chan. He is a great doctor and cares about his patients. Also he is very knowledgeable. I come here every 6 months and will continue to do so.

The wait time can stretch 3 hours past your appointment time. Not sure if it’s because they are double booking patients but there are better places for eye exams and cataract surgery that are more efficient. This isn’t an ER and patients should not have to wait hours past a scheduled appointment time to be seen. There are obvious administrative and operational problems that are impacting service and costing patients time and money.
