We needed to replace a toilet this time, and we were shown three models they keep on the truck, plus the option for labor-only if we go out and buy our own, plus the cost for a new flange if needed. Same for snaking the main line for a clog. And the whole time, they were friendly and smiling. We usually see Roberto— such a nice guy. He also worked on a faulty part from a shower repair a month ago. He could’ve easily told me something new needed replacing and I wouldn’t have known, but he showed me why it was a faulty part and it was replaced for free, no service charge.
