Just have 16 windows replaced two weeks ago. The whole experiences were very good. Karen from the office provided quick estimates and good proposals. The crew under Mr Xu did a wonderful job during the actual installation. All costs were upfront and finished with no surprises. Based on my experiences i highly recommend their services. The wait time was 3 months. A bit long but it also shows they are quite busy with all the demands

We just installed our windows and door today, everything going well and the group of installer did amazing job. There are 6 of them, they also cleaned everything after finished install. Highly recommend value windows, the lady name call Karen, she really taken care of us too. Call her if you need any help.
