“Dog grooming for 2 dogs, my shih tzu and shih tzu mix. I went here several times while living in Missouri City, and am eager to get back while back in town after a bad experience in Chicago.“

“I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!“

“Revival has been the best experience we could ever ask for with regard to training our dog. We have used them for private training, drop-off day training, board and train, and simple boarding. They are professional, thoughtful, and patient. Even when dealing with a (at times) difficult dog with complex issues, like reactivity, they have helped us make so much positive progress. Could not recommend them enough!“

“Shelby is the BEST!!! My dog Ollie has serious resource guarding issues (specifically with food) and reactivity toward other dogs in public places. I reached out to Beyond the Dog after an especially scary incident between Ollie and the other dog in my home. Shelby helped me understand the signs of resource guarding, how to mitigate the chance of altercations occurring, and also did training/obedience techniques with Ollie that has made him so much more manageable at home. Ollie is also a “velcro dog” with separation anxiety, so it’s been tough to find someone that Ollie trusts and is comfortable with. Shelby was so patient with Ollie and I was so impressed to see how quickly Ollie took to her and he actually looks forward to their sessions! Shelby has also helped address his reactivity in public places. Before, he would pull on his leash on walks and would bark at almost every dog we saw on the street. Ollie now walks right next to me on walks and doesn’t bark or pull when he sees other dogs. I can’t recommend beyond the dog and Shelby enough!“

“Chloe is a 4 months old miniature dachshund and a full of energy dog. Valerie was great with her, with simple commands we were able to change some bad behaviors and we started crate training. Chloe and us had fun while learning from Valerie. We really recommend Smarty Paws Dog Training as it improved our relationship with our pet.“

With a full time, traveling gig it’s essentially his second home and I feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands. The owner and employees are incredible! “I could come on here and write a positive review every time I deal with this office! Both Dr. Harris and Anderson are amazing. Their current staff is so friendly and efficient. My girl never gets anxious about coming it’s actually the exact opposite she is usually excited with tail wagging when we go.

Great office and friendly staff. I feel that Dr. Anderson listens to my concerns and addresses my issues. Callie is calm when we come to her appointments and doesn’t seem to be stressed by her visits.“

“Our recent visit was just for a leptospirosis booster but we have been visiting this vet for many years with the several dogs we have had over those years. We are always seen promptly and the staff and vets are always kind and attentive to our pet’s needs, even when the pet is less than cooperative. Highly recommend.“

“I have been taking my boys to Super Paws for about 3-4 years and ive had nothing to good experiences with the staff!

Whenever i leave my boys, they dont even try to say bye to me, they just go strait to where the other dogs are! That just proves they always have fun there.

Over all, Super paws is a great place to board your pups, i'd recommend them any day!“

“This is a very Loving and Caring place to take your babies. We have had 2 of our babies there and they Love it. The staff really cares and always keeps you informed and your babies receive pawgress reports with pictures after every visit. We have a rescue baby that has been there since May, and he loves the staff and they love him. They really take good care of him. If you are looking for a safe and friendly environment, give them a try, you won't regret it.“

“This was my 3rd time my dogs have stayed here. I received lots of pics while they were there. The facility is very clean, all the dogs seem happy, and well behaved. I really don't worry about them there. Natalie also groomed, and bathed them. They looked, and smelled, good.“

“Outstanding staff and doctors! I’d just gotten to town with a new cat who immediately developed diarrhea. Even though I’d never been here before, the staff was able to get her in to be seen almost immediately! The facility was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even got my cats records transferred from out of town right then!!

The doctors and assistants were very kind and patient with my girl, and took the time to explain what was wrong and answered all my questions. I left with medicine and a swag bag welcoming us to town. Top notch all the way.

“We needed a place to keep our 15 year old poodle while we attended a funeral. Jen helped us make reservations and got our paperwork in order. The facility was very clean. It was open and you were able to see thru the windows at the kennels. Our dog was able to stay just 4 hours. If we lived in the area, we would come back!!“

“I recently took my senior dog to the vet and had a very positive experience. Despite having several people ahead of me, I was seen fairly quickly, which I truly appreciated because I had to go back to work in that morning.
Jose is the person I usually request, and I am extremely grateful for the care he gives my little one. He is compassionate, patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I feel especially comfortable because he explains everything to me in Spanish, which helps me fully understand my dog’s condition and feel much more at ease.

I would also like to acknowledge the other veterinarian who also saw my dog. Although I don’t remember his name, he was kind and attentive, and I appreciate the care he provided during our visit.

This visit was especially emotional for me. My dog suffered a head injury last year and hasn’t been the same since. During this appointment, my dog was carefully examined and after reviewing her previous X-rays, she was diagnose with progressive degenerative arthritis in her spine. While X-rays had been done before, this was the first time I truly felt informed and fully understood her condition.

Receiving this diagnosis was heartbreaking, knowing my dog was in pain. However, the care and compassion shown made such a difficult moment easier. We did additional exams, and medications were prescribed to help manage her pain, which made a real difference.
Jose reminded me that the most important thing is prioritizing my dog’s quality of life, and that meant so much to hear. I am truly grateful to the entire veterinary team, and especially thankful for Jose’s knowledge, compassion and dedication, he has an amazing bedside manner; It’s very clear that he truly cares deeply and makes both pets and their owners feel comfortable.

SIDE NOTE : ( THOSE FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE SUCKS ) they could benefit from more customer service training. Specially a shorty one with black shoulder length hair, she is RUDE!!
