Outstanding service! We had an old rheem unit that was installed in 94 and for the last couple of years i have had trouble, In summer the ac would need work and in the winter the heater would crap out. I have dreaded the cost and hassle of getting the complete system replaced but i was to the point that between repairs and the electric bill something had to be done. We got alot of quotes from the big boys to the local repair dude. In the end we chose pace for price, warranty, and the gentlemen who came out understood our budget and concerns, what we expected and treated us with respect. No hard sale or b.s. We had a 14 seer ruud installed, air handler and ducts. Price was very competitive and the crew were just above and beyond. Any concerns, questions, or issues were handled no problem and i kept hearing something that the consumer should expect but rarely do anymore..."We are here to do an excellent job and your satisfaction is job #1. If you are in the houston area and need a new install or just a repair i would highly recommend giving this company a shot.
