I've had nothing but good experiences with Massey and the company they were before Massey bought them. They are prompt, communicate well, and always return between quarterly schedule if a pest need arises. I also think the price point is fair.
I have used their service now 2 times. So far, they have worked since I don’t have any bugs. But I have to say that I didn’t like the fact that they want you to subscribe for a full year, thankfully they refunded me after I complained. I have been trying to schedule a monthly appointment with them because I’m in a quarterly plan with them but I needed to call twice for them to finally schedule me. I used to have Berrett Pest Control and they are amazing. I just decided to give an opportunity to Massey because DR Horton recommended it but honestly they still need to work on customer service.
Gavrel did an exceptional job! I am a first time home owner new to the Houston area and after a scare of tarantulas indoors he saved the day! Not only was he informative but also came at 12 e when I wasn’t home and back again at 2 when I was. I’m so grateful!
