Chad and Annette were on top of everything and kept us informed along the way. When the build back started, Berlin the project manager had awesome communication, customer and was so pleasant to work with. Berlin’s crew — Roberto, Cesar, Jairo, and Walter were so respectful of our home, cleaned up each day and worked very hard. They always arrived when promised and were just all around nice guys. I am incredibly pleased with our bathroom and look forward to using them again for more house projects (just hopefully, not after a disaster)!!“

Jarrod, his roofing crew coordinator, made sure his best team worked on our roof. It was a huge job. I feel we now have a roof with premium materials and better ventilation, that should outlast us as owners. Omar is trustworthy, has many other useful services for a homeowner, and operates locally out of Stafford. I will likely use him for other improvements.“

It was interesting and fascinating to see them go under the house and raise the pier and beam foundation as well as fortify the floor with three additional beams for extra support on my back den add-on. The materials are ordered 3 months in advance which included cabinets. The subcontractors the Hamres use have been with them for years. They were always on time, professional and knowledgeable. My kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful. I am so very pleased.“
