The entire process was professional from beginning to end. I did not envision the final product, but I was pleasantly surprised. They remodeled a small closet space, allowing me to experience an actual walk-in closet. I get excited every time I go in my closet. I will utilize Closet By Design for other home projects in the future.
I had a great easy and fast experience with Closets by Design!My sells person was fast and listened to what I needed. The installers were also smart, efficient and were in and out quickly!The scheduler was also on top of communication to me assuring me that the installers would be at my condo as scheduled.I don't normally write reviews but this company hit 5 Stars for me! I hope your experience will be as great as mine!Oh, I choose Closets by Design because they had the best product (I wanted a very high end look) and compared to other companies Closets by Design products were the higher quality and yes... the least expensive!!!! Win Win!!!
I Had a Great experience with Jean my sales rep....She spent a couple of hours with me both times she came to my house...she was very good at giving you what you want and not over selling to you! My shelves came out perfect and made my closets very organized!
