We had the Houston South division come out a few years ago and were overall pretty happy with the results in our home! I’ll attach photos in the comments since I can’t put them here in the review … You’ll see in the one photo that there was an area in the middle where 3 boards came together and it looked kinda “sloppy” for lack of a better word. We kinda settled on it because overall we still liked the results … HOWEVER, earlier this summer we contacted them because 2 of the shelves were starting to sag slightly and when the inspector came out to confirm they also agreed with that center area looking wonky. The manager informed us that they have updated the machinery used for cutting their products and was insistent on making it right! They replaced every single shelf with extra hidden reenforcement and re did the system to create cleaner lines across that top area (highlighted in one of the photos in the comments). It was above and beyond and them standing behind their product was very encouraging and left such a great impression on us. We’ve contracted them to do our main closet after this interaction and excited to see how that turns out in about 2 weeks!! 😀

I love my new closet! It’s small and it had just two rods to hang things. Now I have various shelves and 4 hanging spaces. Everyone was great, professional, on time and friendly!
