After a nightmare water leak, All American came in and provided great customer service by helping us navigate the insurance process. Chad and Annette were on top of everything and kept us informed along the way. When the build back started, Berlin the project manager had awesome communication, customer and was so pleasant to work with. Berlin’s crew — Roberto, Cesar, Jairo, and Walter were so respectful of our home, cleaned up each day and worked very hard. They always arrived when promised and were just all around nice guys. I am incredibly pleased with our bathroom and look forward to using them again for more house projects (just hopefully, not after a disaster)!!
All American finished a big remodeling at my house last month, and I've been super impressed with not only their work and attention to detail, and mainly with them finishing the entire job in time and within budget.
Our work with them was straightforward: we had a discussion at home about what we envisioned for our new kitchen and laundry area, they provided options and ideas to make our vision come thru, and provided a very detailed quote so every item of the work could be understood and assessed in terms of its cost. As a first time home buyer, finding my "newly renovated" master bath was leaking into my room and closet, I wasn't very excited. All American was quick (and thorough) with their demo, installation, leak check, and aesthetic installation. They only removed tile that was needed and were even able to find the same tile used as before for a seemless finish. Fantastic service all around.
