“Everything went very smooth. Our roof was damaged in late May in a storm. I called and spoke to Brian and he said he would have someone out when it was safe to be on a roof while other roofers were knocking on my door in the pouring rain and lightning still in the area. They were also on several roofs in the area. The job was completed in a day and clean up was great.“

“I highly recommend Helsley Roofing Company. I had a roof leak and called a roofing company that we had used previously when some shingles had blown off during a storm. A gentlemen came out and said he needed to get on the roof to inspect what might be the issue. He said he couldn't without someone else there and said he would call me when they would be able to come out and do the inspection. A week went by and no phone call, so I called them and they said someone would be calling me later that day. No one called...ever. So I called Helsley Roofing and Chris Hart came out within a couple of days. He got on the roof and told me where it was leaking and showed me photos. He actually used something to patch it right then and said it might hold, but I said I would rather go ahead and fix it all the way and not worry about it anymore. A few days later they came out and fixed it and that was that. They were extremely professional and very nice and no more leaking. I'll definitely call them again when I need roof repairs.“

“Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In 2021 Mark inspected my roof and said I had enough hail damage to make an insurance claim. I contacted Allstate insurance and my roof was inspected for a much lower amount of damage than the actual amount.. Since Allstate estimate of damage was only $300 above my deductible I initially decided that it was not worth it to get my roof replaced. Mark recommended we hire a public adjuster to challenge Allstate insurance low ball estimate. I never knew such a thing (public adjuster) existed. Mark contacted his public adjuster and the public adjuster's damage estimate was over 10 times the amount of Allstate insurance estimate. Allstate did not agree with the public adjuster and refused to pay for the actual damage dollar amount. So Mark then recommended we hire his attorney. I agreed with Mark and Mark's lawyer was able to get Allstate insurance to pay for the actual amount of damage. Today Mark installed a new roof with top of the line shingles and Ridgeline vents. His crew completed the entire job in 1 day. It looks fantastic. If it was not for Mark's knowledge and persistence, I would not have a new roof. I didn't know a home owner could challenge an insurance company by hiring a public adjuster and attorney but Mark did.. Mark deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Mark and TMP roofing.“
