Warren called me and walked me through what I needed to do in order to stop the noise from the pipes that was driving me crazy. Called 3 other plumbers with house water shutoff. They were all booked for weeks. Warren's said they could be here in 90 minutes. Rang doorbell 10 minutes early, had the right part and left an hour later with water back on in house. Bill was very reasonable for the quick service. He explained everything that was wrong with the kitchen faucet and valves. He detailed what needed done, even sent a picture of the new faucet from the store for approval and provided the receipt too. When he was finished he explained everything that was completed and made sure we had the paperwork for the faucet for the future.
