I come to this location when I can but I've been switching it up to go to Sephora in kohls down the way... and I remember why. This place has what you need but it is poorly maintained. Dusty displays, dingy items and used makeup. Just make sure you take your time and look over everything before walking to the counter. Good store, nice staff but poor maintenance.

The customer service at this location is awesome! I went in for ruby woo by Mac, they were out but one of the associates recommended MVP by fenty. It looks soooo good and she really went out of her way to help me. They are out of stock on some things some times but the customer service is so awesome and I love when associates give recommendation instead of blowing you off when they don’t have what you came for. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was a black woman with braids. I assume she was the manager. But thank you so much for being helpful and friendly.

I recently went in today to look for some new skincare and although I was aware of what I wanted to purchase I was not greeted nor asked for assistance by any employee. There was another black girl at the register who I eventually approached after being passed by 2-3 employees. The young lady that I spoke to at the register was extremely pleasant and helpful but I don’t recall her name. Not to mention that the other employees not only ignored me but they had enough time to communicate whatever into the walkie which indicates that they were able to speak but chose not to.
