I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. A few months ago, I received a treatment plan from Tymes Square Dental, which stated that I would have to pay $796.00 out of pocket with no estimated insurance coverage. Concerned about the cost, I asked Ms. Richelle Pana to verify the covered amount with my insurance and provide me with the plan via email.To my dismay, I discovered that they were charging me for an "onlay-porcel/ceram-3 surface" (coded D2643) for a tooth that simply required a filling. The service and staff are friendly but the quality of work was disappointing. I had a 'deep cleaning' done there and my teeth were more stained after the cleaning then before! I went to another dentist and they were surprised when I told them my last cleaning was less then a month ago.

Update * not happy at all with all their changes. They did a crown for me awhile back. Never felt right. Now they say it has a gap & needs to be fixed. Well their mistake but I still have to pay for it. No thank you. Going to find a new dentist. They can't do it right the 1st time, I am not going to do that again!Been going here for years. Dentists & hygienist are good. No problem there. The problem is whatever system update or computer system they have now. I received text to confirm & did so.
