I brought in my husband's suit coat to have an ink mark removed (the coat was beige) so I was thinking it might be almost impossible to do without damaging the coat. Fast forward I received a phone call from Ms. Iris and was told the stain was gone you couldn't tell it was ever there. Ms. Iris was so helpful and very friendly Excellent work Tide Cleaners!!!
