First time using them. I brought in a nice leather jacket that had mold and when I received the jacket back , it was like brand new. The jacket looks like it was just purchased. Very impressed, customer service was outstanding and will be bringing another leather jacket to them!

I dropped off a badly stained delicate fabric children’s Easter style dress and expected most of the stains to not budge. Told the sweet lady working there to not worry about anything that wouldn’t come out. EVERY STAIN IS GONE. like it was never there. Incredible. I should have taken before pictures and I would post a before and after!
