One location, in Indian Springs, has been specifically noted for its excellent service. The pickup and delivery service is a highlight for many customers, with the only suggestion for improvement being the provision of a receipt upon delivery for first-time users. In these cases, tech support has been noted as helpful in quickly resolving any account access issues. One unique aspect of the previous Tide Cleaners service was the occasional inclusion of Milk Bones for customers' dogs.
