I reached out to Thermal because my tenants AC froze up and April was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue over the phone. She messaged the next morning to ensure that everything was working fine and cancelled the appointment since the issue was resolved. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who has AC issues!! Talked with owner, April, to determine that a tech needed to be sent for HVAC not coming on. Jordan arrived within 20 minutes of ending the call and was great!!
