Troy and John showed up this afternoon and let me tell you that both John and Troy were very thorough in checking the operation of our a/c and heating system. They checked the plenum box and found there to be slight air leaking into the attic. They then made necessary repairs. I have met several people through Chill Brothers and they are all very nice, kind, professional, and helpful with technicians like this you don’t mind having a 30 year relationship with a Chill Brothers, also, I recently experienced my fan motor going out and I was one day out of warranty. Still almost 2 years after install and loving this company. They sent a new AC Tech out and he was what I would expect from and service individual you encounter. Dwayne, Thank you so much for coming out today repair a faulty capacitor!
I would highly recommend choosing the Chili Brothers for your HVAC needs. They were exceptionally efficient, professional, and emaculante throughout the entire process. I personally will not go with anyone else in the Sugarland Area. Be sure to ask for Michael when you call. He will go out of his way to get you the answers you need to make an informed decision. They delivered on everything. Overall, was pleased with the service. Just a couple of minor things. They were a little late for the install, but finished it within 4 hours. Also, forgot to replace my thermostat. But, otherwise, very personable and professional. They offered a quality product at a reasonable price. I'm glad they knocked on my door and gave me the nudge I needed to replace my old HVAC system. I have a 10 year warranty, so can get my thermostat replaced later.
