I used them once before and they got blood on the shower curtain. Other than they did decent. Went to hire them again and was told I booked through the wrong company when I called so I tried to make another appointment and it was confirmed and cancelled within two minutes. I used for the 1st time and I'm extremely disappointed. Cleaning was hit and miss. Bedroom blinds cleaned, windows atrocious due to chemical sprayed on blinds. Garbage cans and rugs, placed on furniture (chairs), left there!!!!!!! Bedroom furniture waxed, mirrors untouched!!!!! Nothing done in kitchen; no counters wiped, stainless refrigerator UNTOUCH!!!!!Front of house and kitchen counters, smells like cleaned with dirty towels!!!! Recleaning with Pine-Sol to get rid of stench!!!!!Been up since 6am Sunday morning, recleaning my home. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE!!!!!!!

This review is based solely off of my experience with either the owner or customer service. I never had the opportunity to have someone service my home so I can't speak on the quality of their cleaning service. I ordered a Groupon yesterday for their cleaning service for $122. This was for 3-4 Bedrooms, up to 3 Bathrooms and kitchen & dining room. After purchase I went to their website to schedule but wanted to confirm I was selecting the correct one because it never gave instructions on redeeming the Groupon. I contacted the number listed on Groupon and it had me install What's App. I've attached the screenshots of our entire conversation from start to finish. I was very excited to use them. The price seemed reasonable and they had great reviews. But I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the way they do business. And I urge anyone to NEVER purchase a Groupon from them! They will not honor it and there are clearly some made up untold rules in reference to scheduling in general but especially for Groupon customers. The lady I messaged communication is horrible. I gave her my address to make sure they serviced my area. She said yes. I went on to ask how to schedule using a Groupon. She basically said they were booked and had LIMITED spots for Groupons but would try to find someone. I had just seen a ton of available appointments online so I was very confused as to how they were booked. She also said they use 2 different booking sites. I took a screenshot of times and sent it to her and asked if these times were still available. She didn't reply. I asked it would be better for me to just pay full price since they had limited availability for Groupons. She replied back 24 hours later saying for me to cancel the Groupon. I told her I did and I went on and scheduled online since it took her so long to get back to me. She tells me that I said I was going to book through her and she was trying to help me. But she didn't even respond so how was I to know this! The bottom line is that even though I booked and recieved a confirmation online, she said their website times are more of a guideline and not an actual time for availability. I have never heard something so ridiculous in my life! I would never recommend them to anyone, totally unprofessional and do not honor their deals from Groupon. They should not advertise there period. I didn't have a problem paying regular price but why not save if you can get a good deal? And I was still willing to pay full price in the end.
