From the 1st assessment of our roof, to the finished product, we are quite pleased with Shamrock Roofing! Excellent company to work with! Trey was so honest and informative in helping us decide on if, when and how we should re-roof our house, with no pressure. Steven added quite a bit of fact and explanation as well. They truly LOVE what they do!! All appts. were scheduled, prompt and informative. Communication was clear. They described pros & cons of 5 different roofing shingles, based on what we needed and wanted. All $$$ was discussed upfront, so no surprises there! Scheduling was easy and convenient for us. Jose and his team were quite efficient with their time and energies even w/ the 85-90 degree heat! Talk about a well-oiled crew!! Jose found a few spots that needed more repair than expected and handled that also. Clean up was good! We love our new roof. Besides knowing our roof is in excellent shape for the next 10, 15, 20 years, my favorite part might be the metal rain diverter Jose added in the corner of our patio! Am grateful my husband remembered that reoccurring issue! Today’s rain did Not destroy my potted plants underneath! 👏👏👏 Feeling good about the whole re-roofing experience. Trey & Steven were great to work through all the details and decisions with (entertaining and down to earth too!) 👏👏👏
We had a wonderful experience with Shamrock Roofing. Wesley came out and looked at our 20+ year old roof and gave me a quote the same day. They called and wanted to start earlier than first planned which was perfectly fine by me. The team showed up bright and early and stayed till the job was completed. Great value and the installers do very clean work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
Our new roof was put on yesterday. The crew were all early, before 7am. All were very professional. Trey was a great help explaining and leading us thru the process from start to finish. We got the color we wanted and a price we were very happy with. Trey always called us back immediately when we had a question. We are so glad that we had Shamrock do the roof. When the crew finished and left, you couldn’t tell that they had been there, well except for the new roof. They cleaned everything up in the yard, well done! Trey was there when they finished up. It looks good. I highly recommend Shamrock. Thanks for a job well done.
