Angel the technician was very efficient and sorted the issue out for us very quickly. He was very friendly and we had a nice chat about our dogs as well.
Kristen in the office has also been fantastic, she helped me to identify the initial problem for me and got the replacement parts ordered swiftly.
Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.
Needed to place a service call for something that my current pool company diagnosed. Since Richards installed my pool, I reached out to Kristen B. to schedule a service call. She was quick to answer my call and schedule a tech to come out to see what was needed within one day.
Stefan W. was the tech who was scheduled to come out. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. I was not able to be there when he arrived but told him he could get started. I arrived in 20 minutes, and by the time I got there, he already had diagnosed my issues. No parts needed!!

After signing & the initial deposit, it was radio silence for a few weeks. However, after making an appearance to the office, a concerned team listened & took action. They literally built our pool in 4weeks from the time they broke dirt. The pool came out great and our PM, Jacob, was very helpful, responsive, and communicative.
