Honest company. I initially put out an inquiry on yelp and put down what I was able to self diagnose. They texted me back and worked with my diagnosis and verified if I diagnosed it correctly and gave me some pointers. I had them come out and Rocky came out and gave a final diagnosis of the issue and laid out the options for me and his recommendations. No pressure at all. He brought up the possibility of trying to replace the coils themselves (they were leaking) which is most likely the cheapest option. They also contacted the manufacturer for me to check for warranty.
Price wise, for the options seemed to be a little higher than average but I know... read full review

Replaced blower motor on 5 ton Carrier unit. I feel Carrier is overcharging for a blower motor and I will never purchase another Carrier product. I feel Sebastian did a good of job and he is a nice young man. I paid 2034.01 for a simple motor.
