Brandon and Thomas were unrelenting. They did not quit pushing the insurance company even when I was losing hope. In the end the insurance company bought the roof and RCI installed an amazing new roof. It was a very clean process. Ask for Brandon, Thomas, and Sergio when you call them. 5 Stars.
