Always friendly and helpful! I was forced to go to Ace Hardware on Spring Cypress today (for a service which Scott and his team unfortunately could not provide) and was horrified by the extremely rude staff at Ace. No chance of that ever happening at True Value, in my experience.

It's never hard to get assistance and advice for home projects compared to the big box stores. It is very convenient and the pricing is fair as well. Paint, Door hardware, plumbing supplies, tools, garage door openers. They have a good selection as well as gifts.

This place is a gem and a true life-saver when it comes to tools, supplies, and things I need around the house. Today I was in the middle of a DIY plumbing project in the kitchen. I needed to remove an old faucet, but had to cut the water hoses in two to get the job done because the connectors were rusted out. Anyway, that meant that I needed to find some new hoses pronto. Never fear, I went to True Value Home Center that's super convenient (to our neighborhood and with parking right by the door) and found what I thought I needed.
