Planet Ford Service in Spring

Service was very good. I took my truck in to get its recalls serviced and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They got three recalls done in less than 3 business days which is really impressive. Overall great experience with Planet Ford.

I just wanted to say thanks to JC in service, and the Mobile service team. I needed to bring in my Bronco for a recall and oil change. I was sent to the mobile manager Brandon. He had me set up with the mobile unit and I was all fixed up in no time, they came to me. The technician Trey was awesome! And thanks to my sales guy Clennon just because he's great.

I had a great experience with Planet Ford Service. I was able to make an appointment with a loaner (although I did have to wait a while, which I understood). It was nice they have a loaner program to begin with. I brought my truck in and saw Kyle P. as my service advisor. He was great from the start with listening to my issues and suggesting the best way forward. I was in and out with the loaner quickly. I knew they were busy so my expectations were low, but got a prompt response from Kyle with an update on the findings.
