The staff here is the best! Our dog is reactive towards other dogs and takes some time around new people, the staff at Pawtown opened our dog with open arms and provided the utmost care! Their setup for boarding service is perfect to help dogs stay calm during their stay. Highly recommend!
This is a really great place to bring your dog. The staff here is top notch. The staff is really friendly and do an excellent job of taking care of the dogs. They treat each dog as if it were their own. Our dog loves coming here and I would recommend Pawtown to any dog owner looking for daycare, boarding, or grooming services in the area. The location is also very convenient.
I am in awe of the staff at Pawtown. I lost power for 5 days during the recent hurricane and called them last minute to see if I could board my cat for a couple of days and they made the process so easy. The moment I walked through the door, I felt incredibly comfortable leaving Kitty in their care. The staff there is so kind and accommodating. To me, the best thing about this facility and the staff is that they take time with each animal to send videos and updates to their owners each day which is above and beyond what I could have expected.
