On Road roadside assistance company

I did not call them directly it was a call made through AAA, but let me just say Joshua W is amazing! I had a flat and his 4 way didn’t fit one of my lugnuts, so he put my car on the back of his truck and drove to oreilly, went in got the 4 way he needed and changed my tire! If you need roadside assistance call On Road and ask for Joshua W!

My 85 year old aunt and I were stranded about 40 miles from home on a Sunday morning and I had to call AAA Roadside for a lift. My vehicle had to be towed about 60 mi to the north and the only Enterprise open was about 15 mi south. The driver was so kind to my aunt and agreed to retrace his steps back to drop us off at Enterprise before heading back north to deliver my vehicle to the automotive shop. I could not have been more appreciative as the day was cold and I could not keep my truck running. Highly recommended!

Jay arrived earlier than AAA told me, in Round Rock, and his service for On Road Roadside Assistance was EXCELLENT! I have had the worst experiences with AAA Texas and was getting ready to cancel. My battery went dead, however, and I had to call. I was bracing for yet another bad experience, but Jay arrived and was a welcome surprise. He explained everything that he was doing AND PUT AIR in my tires.too! I was so pleased that I asked for his name so if I needed AAA Texas again I would ask for him personally!! AAA, heads up!
