This "Next Level" Urgent Care was recommended by a nurse at Kelsey Sebold when I couldn't be seen by my PCP. I am sooo impressed with the staff here. The kindness and attentiveness shown here is rare. Nurse and provider were very informative and knows what there talking about regarding my case. Thanks again for the hospitality and professionalism.

We have been to this location more than once and there is quite a few nuisances with their processes and communication. We were in their establishment is August and came back in December. Each time you come you have to complete registration paperwork like you’re a new patient. This information should be stored and only updated upon each visit as needed. Billing has been incorrect. I left a message and never received a call back. My son had stitches placed and we were told to come back in 10 days (no appointment needed) to have them removed. 10 days later we came back to be informed there was an extremely long wait. I must say this place have a wonderful staff, front the front desk, NA, PA, and check out. Normally when you are not feeling well sometimes as patients we are short fused. When you enter this place you are made to feel as though they care, they communicate and they listen. This makes me want to drop my PCP but I know that's not the purpose here. The day before Thanksgiving I just want to say I am thankful to this staff that cared for me on Wednesday,November 22nd. Happy Thanksgiving ? ? ?
