Mouseworks is awesome!! I walked in one day because my laptop's charge port was no longer working. Randy immediately had ideas about what was going on, gave me a very reasonable quote, and was altogether extremely professional. He very clearly knows his stuff! It was a bit of a difficult fix, but he went above and beyond to make sure my laptop powered on. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Mouseworks for any computer issues you might have!

I Don't need computer tech help that much, but when I do, Mouseworks is the best, most reliable place to go, locally here in Spring. I think I first went there 15 years ago. It has been nice to guide my MIL there for her occasional computer problems since she lived really close for a few years. Prices are reasonable, and work gets done pretty quickly. I say go here first before trying other places, if you are in this area.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time. He was very positive in his manner and the way he addressed the problems. He did not make me feel like an idiot like other computer people do. His prices were very reasonable.
