Had a clog in my toilet at my business that I couldn't get to by normal means. Victor got straight to work and got the job done in about an hour. Only issue I had was means of communication. I had asked for them to text me to let me know that the tech is coming, never received a text or call. Would have given them 5 stars if communication was more clear.
The guy who came to my home was professional and explained everything to me. I think the quote he gave me was to high. I needed a few fittings on my gas meter to run my generator. I was told I had to supply the cut off value.
We always call Milton Frank for plumbing issues because they are very professional and we can count on their work. We’ve been doing business with them for about 25 years. Our technician this time was Cody and he did a great job taking care of some leaks we had in the bathrooms and under the kitchen sink. Everything looks great! Thank you!
