Called them When I was out of country because I did not want to deal with the stress of coming home from a long flight and have to clean the house. They immediately scheduled me and it was just so nice to walk in a house that was not chaos. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Merry Maids! From the moment they arrived, it was clear that professionalism and attention to detail were their top priorities. Every corner of my home was cleaned meticulously, leaving it sparkling and fresh.
What sets Merry Maids apart is not only their outstanding cleaning skills but also their professionalism and efficiency. They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently throughout their time in my home. Additionally, their friendly demeanor and respectful attitude made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.
I wanted to give 5 stars because my service was excellent. The ladies did a great job. However, I only requested 3 hours of work. When the 3 hours were done, I mentioned that they could go ahead and leave to get to their next appointment and the lady advised it was okay and that they could stay and finish. They stayed and extra 30 minutes but that drastically increased my bill. I was not expecting to pay that much since I had agreed on 3 hours at my normal rate.
