I have been a member for years. I am very particular as I have trained as a massage therapist in Southern California . I have found several therapist I like… the only reason for 5 star is I am not happy that I pay $75 monthly… have over 23 credits ( been too busy running my business to schedule “me”time… I like that they have facial now so I am trying to use more of my credits, but I’m disappointed that I can only credit or gift one of my credits to the same person once every six months. I paid for them… I should not be forced to spend with such restrictions!

I frequent this location several times. my best therapist Miriam takes care of all my needs, she is one of the most Booked therapists, and there is a reason for that. on the days that she is booked there are more very well qualified therapists. great time and availability. pricing is perfect. been a member since 2006

A fast food restarurant is fast food restaurant. If they follow their rules they'll do fine. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and their main problem is understaffed which is reflected on the speed of service (I have walked out before because it was taking too long). Overall I give it a 4 because of their consistently good customer service, yes, I am a regular so that might have something to do with it, but my comments are from my overall experience.
