These guys are amazing. They are punctual, professional, efficient, and affordable. I can't say enough good things about them. My ac stopped producing cool air at 3am on a Sunday morning. They opened at 6 and were at my house by 10. It's now 10:30 and my house is cooling off quickly. What more could you ask for? Call these guys.
We had our AC go out randomly on a HOT day. Thankfully, they were able to come out the following morning since we called really late in the evening. Best service ever! If I could give them 1,000 stars I would!!!! Highly recommend. They knew what they were doing and had the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. The last two days it dropped to 45 in the morning, so my wife wants to use the heater. But it wasn't turning on. I emailed KAC Express, assuming I would need to book an appointment sometime next week. Nope. Trung calls me immediately and says they are sending someone to my house. The young man that came was extremely professional, went above and beyond. Even took his shoes off entering my house without being asked lol. So polite. Got it all done in the attic and even advised me on some things I could do for preventative maintenance.
